No call, no show. I asked Randy Moore to repair the unit he installed several years ago.We set up a time and date. I had to call him to find out why he didn't show. This man is a cry baby.I know that sounds harsh, but there is no other way to put it. He lost a bid on another unit I had installed when I built my edition. I asked him to match, he declined. Upon asking him to repair the unit he had originally put in my house, he stared whinning about how "he wasn't going to fix it because he didn't get the other bid" Avoid this sub par AC man, he did work for my neighbor Joe MacDaniel and Joe complained about the work.
