Air Demand

Air Demand is the most worthless company I've ever dealt with. Called in a work order 21 days ago and they did a half ass diagnosis that didn't fix the problem. Five visits later and I still have the same problem! NO A/C.

When I called in to speak to someone I was connected to Ashley who had the audacity to tell me, "I really have no idea why you're so frustrated." I was completely shocked that any business in today's marketplace would be willing to hire someone that incredibly stupid, rude, unprofessional, and utterly worthless as she is.

My frustration with Air Demand stems from the fact that I still do not have working A/C in my house and it's August in Texas. I would highly advise that anyone reading this avoid them like the plague. If you want to see for your self, go by their "office" and check them out. I wanted to give them 0 stars for a score but I was forced to give them a score of 1 completely worthless and inept star.

We called our home warranty (AHS) and asked for the same company that came out last time. Our technician showed up on time (actually early) AND they called when he was on his way like they said they would. It was a simple fix and that was it. They didn't try to upsale me or anything. He even helped me fix a broken diverter piece that connected to the blower and he didn't have to.

Don't use this company if your home warranty assigns them to you. They are incompetent and unprofessional. They lie about who is at fault when things go wrong, ignore your call when you are trying to confirm appointments, rude when things go wrong and you want answers and SLOW. I hate that I will have to pay them when they finally install the part...and I will have to pray that it's done correctly!!
