I had looked (at two big chain stores) for countertops. They weren't very helpful. They "HAD" to deliver at a $95 charge. You had the same item at roughly the same price and you deliver for free. That was great! I also brought my neighbor over last week for counters and I ended up ordering trim boards that are being delivered today. Thanks for the enjoyable shopping experience! I am a contractor with a family business that began in 1966 when my father started his own framing crew. When he was running the business he had a very good salesman, Gil Barr who is still an outside salesman at Moynihan Lumber. When my father Marcel passed away in 1989 I followed in his footsteps and kept the business going. I have been using your inside salesman, Bill Smith, ever since. I recently had a broken Andersen Frenchwood hanging door replaced by you and your crew and I just wanted to compliment you on the fantastic service I received. Cathy ordered the door quickly and it was available when she promised. The installer was on time, efficient, courteous, clean and worked on the door until it latched properly. I realized while he was here that he was the same guy who serviced the door when it was purchased eight years ago. Retaining employees speaks well for your company.
