Additionally, repair services are available for most carpet shampooers and floor cleaners including Hoover, Bissell, Koblenz and EDIC equipment as well.

        I've owned my Kirby vacuum for 27 yrs needed vacuum bags and happened upon The Vacuum Store. My friends paid a visit and received knowledgeable information on bag and bag less vacuum we were impressed. Today made me a now loyal customer. A. Butler

        Took my Dyson to Fred at The Vacuum Store and was so pleased with the courteous, honest, and knowledgeable service. We found that the piece I needed was no longer made. The rubber washer had come off the big ball and using it was like driving a Mac Truck. He found a substitute piece which was better, because there was no washer to come off. Charged only for the part since there was nothing more than a few screws to remove to replace the parts. What a pleasure.... Thanks Fred!

        I just brought my Kirby vacuum cleaner, which, as it turned out, needed its electrical cord and belt replaced. I received prompt, courteous service at a reasonable price. I have gotten service there twice before. On both occasions, the problem required a slight adjustment, and I wasn't even charged. I ended up buying Kirby vacuum cleaner bags the second time to support this business. The man who works there knows his vacuum cleaners, and he will give a fair price. This is the only place my wife and I go for vacuum cleaner matters. We recommend it highly.
