        While waiting for my wife as she was having her hair styled at Polo Salon, I mentioned that it had been a while since I had my hair cut and I needed to stop by my 'regular place'. As she was working on my wife's hair, Felicia mentioned that they do men's hair as well and, if I wanted, she would be happy to cut my hair while my wife's hair was 'processing'.

        After briefly telling Felicia how I normally get my hair cut, she began to trim. Previously when I had my hair cut, the only thing that I was uneasy about was that afterwards, my hair looked like it had just been cut. Eventually, I just accepted that the difference between a bad haircut and a good haircut was 2 weeks.

        Not this time!

        I'm not a hair connoisseur, but I think Felecia did an excellent job! Not only is my hair the length that I always get it cut, but it doesn't have that 'just cut' look.

        From now on, Polo Salon is my regular place!

        Felicia Bensen is the most talented stylist and colorist. I swear may her.So many of my friends would ask me where I have my hair done and now at least 10 of them have her styling their hair. My daughter (21) also loves her and comes home from college for color & cut.Whether you are 21 or 75 , you will love what she does to your hair.We have used her for weddings and Proms too!

        Polo Salon is so great!

        Felicia does amazing color/highlight, cut, and blow out! I highly recommend! I am so happy when I leave everytime I go there! I get amazing highlights and a fabulous cut!

        I had my highlights done at Polo and found everyone very focused on customer satisfaction. I was happy with my highlights, then decided to have a cut. I ended up with an updated style and I'll be going back now for all my hair needs.

        Absolutely terrible! The people at this salon are rude to each other and customers and it was a huge waste of money. Go somewhere else!

        I've been going to Polo Salon & Spa for about 9 years now and always find their work exceptional. I really like their color and style creations and even enjoy the little pastries they bake right there every morning. In the afternoons their wine and cheese is good too. If you are willing to pay a little more, and keep in mind that their appointment book is usually close to full so be patient, Polo may be the place for you to try. I hope you have the experiences I have had for all these years.

        Felicia and her staff are not only excellent at what they do, they make you feel comfortable that you will get the results you expect. I did, and I go often not only for special occasions but for regular highlights, root touch-ups and blow dry styles they do to perfection.

        Felicia Benson, the owner, is an amazing stylists. She is an accomplished colorist who can do just the right amount with taking into consideration her clients skintones and natural hair color. Her skills and talents are wonderful. The salon itself has an intimate atmosphere, clean, and very professional. Pam, her assistant has sbeen trained by Felicia and is a great addition to Polo. Pam, also, has talent. Can't recommend Polo Salon enough!
