We purchased a condo in North Myrtle Beach, SC and as out of town owners needed a reliable contractor to make changes to the condo. Benjamin had glowing reviews, we had a Myrtle Beach contractor's license, and he seemed reliable. Benjamin was hired in October 2016 and not only did not complete even 30% of the job, he took our money, and building materials. Our out of pocket expenses that we can never recover is over $5,000.00. We attempted to file a small claims case in the area and he can't be found. The address listed on this site is not accurate and moved in November 2016. The address shown on the Horry County website for another case he is being sued, is not an accurate address either.

Do not trust Benjamin Ehret, Benjamin's Home Services, or B & L Services in Myrtle Beach, SC. Beware, he is not to be trusted with your money or materials.
