Midtown Towing is the biggest scam in the world. These people don't even deserve to be in business. The woman behind the counter (If we can even classify her as human let alone a woman) was the most despicable, irresponsible, insulting and grossest person I've ever encountered. She lied when she said she ran my card. This is a trick of theirs to get you to pay cash. How nice huh? Well if you ever get towed make sure you check your car. These jerks don't even deserve .0000000000000001% of a star and i'm only giving them 1 because I have to. I was not only treated badly but was insulted. Customer service is not something these people believe in. I guess that's why they say most towing companies aren't good. It's sad that me, the customer.. the person who is handing them MY MONEY had to be treated like that. I hope they go out of business.
