Pep Boys

I wish I could put negative stars. We had an appointment which they didn't keep seeing as it was 2 hours after our appointment they even took the car to work on it, five hours in total we were there. Thank god they had coffee... Except wouldn't you know it no cups. Asked for cups and never ever got one. They ended up fixing a lock on the back door and running diagnostics but that's it in five hours. Pep boys have zero pep.

Don't go here. Just don't. I used to use pepboys for misc tools and parts because of the location. Every time I've been in there someone has copped an attitude with me. Last straw was when I brought in a year old battery with a dead cell. They put it on a machine and told me I would have to stand there for an hour for them to honor the warranty. I waited about ten minutes and they told me the battery was good, but I'd have to leave it there another hour to charge. I had the battery on a trickle charger all night, and it won't hold a charge, but they don't care. Avoid at all costs.

Norman is service department is rude and not customer friendly. Also was told it would take an hour to change out tires and over two hours later finally got changed out. I won't come back here and highly recommend they get additional training in customer service.

Will not be going back. Headed out on a 3500mile road trip (about as long as an oil change) and took it in for them to look at it and see if it would make it. (This is a one owner 75k 14 year old Chrysler 300) asked them to check belts and breaks etc. Came back that it 'needed' $500 worth of work. For a car that has already been checked recently, 6mo ago or so, to suddenly need that much work is crazy. (Later found out they get paid bonus' for selling parts!) Said I couldn't do it. They put it back together and I drove out to 67/167. Now it pulls to the right and is shaking on the front right tire!!! I'm not even taking it back to have them fix it. No telling what else they'll try to get me to buy!

tee a car dealership said I needed a whole new front suspension even called me a liar when I told him I did NOT have a wreak they did a back end alignment and rotated the tires. All I went in for was my 20,000 mile oil change on my new Passat TDI SEL. After that I could not keep it on the road so I had them undo every thing they did and the car drove great they treated me like I was stupid because I am female I was furious they tried to scam me 1,500!!! ����

But just to be sure took it to Pep Boys, where Ash the Manager met me, listened to me and had my car looked at immediately! Dave and I took it for a drive and it ran great. They saved me 1,500 dollars! Most importantly they listened!!!

Now I drive from Bryant to have my car worked on. Ash is an excellent Manger and hard worker. They listen to me, don't look down on me because I am a woman. I will continue to due all my business there. Ash the Manager and Dave the mechanic earned my loyalty!!!

This place sucks so dam bad it dont even get 1 star. The store manager should just retire and go home. The customer service is straight up cow minure .I ADVISE YOU PEOPLE TO NOT WAIST UR TIME WITH THIS "BUSINESS" THEY WILL SCREW U!!!!

Had an appointment for 1:30 for an oil change today because the day before when I came in as a walk in, they indignantly told me it'd be a two hour wait.



When I arrived today for my appointment they said it'd be about one hour. About an hour and a half went by and I asked the guy who appeared to be no longer working on my car, what are we waiting on exactly? He said "I'm working on yours and one other car" of which I can clearly see. Meanwhile two other employees are standing in the parking lot smoking cigarettes playing on their phone.



He said "all I have left to do is put the oil in." I asked "what about the free tire rotation?" He rolled his eyes and fumbled through the paperwork saying "I don't see that on the write up. It'll be a little while longer."



Finally after an eternity of chasing my 5year old around this dirty place picking up discarded car parts in the parking lot, some guy who appears to be a manager is ringing me up. When I brought all this to his attention he copped a little attitude saying "look, I'm not a oil changing facility, I'm a repair shop. In two weeks were gonna quit taking appointments for walk ins on weekends. We are just too busy."



Never in my life will I return to a Pep Boys. This was my first and last visit. Terrible experience.

Pulled in at 3:00pm after calling ahead of time. 1 car is in the shop, and here it is 3:45 and my truck is silk waiting out side. unorganized up front, cause the the managers continued to won't where everyone was at and what they were doing. People that pulled in afterward is pulling in ahead of me. Ridiculous....
