McCain Park Apartments

Thank God my lease is up next month. Nothing but problems since I moved in. Last summer did 18 maintenance request to get air unit fixed finally they replaced the unit right when it was about to be fall. Now there is a pest problem. They have sprayed 3 time within the last 6 months. The only thing that has saved me was I was smart enough to purchase boric acid and I placed it all around the wall lining. In every crack, underneath and around furniture and the sides of the walls in the bathroom. The management knows but they don't care. The only time they contact is when you haven't paid on the 3rd and they contact you about late fees no matter how much of an inconvenience it has been living here. But you will hate living here. You will hate your neighbors. I get awaken at all times of the night to the small of weed, slamming doors and unruly underage kids lurking outside of your windows. If you are considering staying here think again and move elsewhere.
