Paternity
Paternity actions allow fathers to be legally determined as such. Such legal determination grants parental rights and establishes obligations of the father. Hilburn & Harper, Ltd. will pursue paternity actions to allow a father to establish his parental rights, create a custody arrangement and visitation schedule that is in the best interests of the child/children, and determine a method and amount of financial support for the child/children.
Premarital Agreement
