X-rays
Digital radiography, a digital x-ray, is the latest technology employed to take dental x-rays. Tooth decay and cavities are most prevalent in the grooves of your teeth and a tooth sealant is an excellent way to help maintain the health of your mouth. Although a daily at-home regiment of brushing and flossing certainly aids in the removal of food particles and plaque from the smooth surfaces of your teeth, those little nooks and crannies at the back of your mouth aren't always easily accessible. Tooth sealants guard and protect these exposed areas from tooth decay by "sealing out" food and plaque.

Resin Composite
Veneers
Dental veneers are applied to the front surface of your teeth and are made of thin shells of ceramic materials. Dr. Khullar and his Dentalways team will custom-make and custom-color your dental veneers, so you won’t be able to tell the difference between them and your own real, natural teeth.
Crowns
The answer? If you want to replace your old-style fillings, onlays and inlays are the perfect choice. These “internal crowns,” are constructed from porcelain, they replace decayed tooth tissue while still preserving your healthy mouth tissue. Additionally, they look natural and they are durable and strong.
Bridges
Dr. Khullar will prepare and shape the teeth on each side of the space where the crowns will be placed. Then, we make an mold or impression of the area. The false tooth will be bonded to them, once the crowns are finished. When the bridge is ready, a transitional (or temporary) bridge is fitted and formed in the area. During your next visit (generally about a week later), the transitional bridge is removed and the permanent fixed bridge is placed, adjusted and cemented into place.

Restorative Dentistry

Root Canal Treatment
Most people hear the word root canal and they immediately recoil, evoking images of pain and discomfort. But the truth of the matter is, a root canal can save a tooth that otherwise would die and have to be removed. Many people think removing a problem tooth is the solution, but what you may not realize is extracting (pulling) a tooth will ultimately be more costly and cause significant problems for adjacent teeth.

Periodontal Surgery
These cracks extend beyond the gum line and often beyond where the jawbone begins. When a piece breaks off, it will usually remain attached until the Dr. Khullar, family dentist, removes it. Oblique subgingival cracks are painful and may require a combination of periodontal surgery (to expose the crown), and endodontic treatment to place a crown or other restorative device.
Deep Cleaning
The oral bacteria which cause periodontal infections can travel via the bloodstream to other parts of the body. Research and studies have indicated heart disease and lung infections have been connected to periodontal bacteria. Root planning and scaling remove bacteria and halt periodontal disease from further progressing, therefore preventing bacteria from traveling to other parts of the body.

In a lot of cases, you'll receive your replacement teeth immediately after the placement of the implants. Invisalign Orthodontics
