Hair Cuttery

I brought my daughter to this salon and they butchered her hair. I asked for a shampoo, blowdry, flat iron, and trim. I had no idea that the master stylist who started her hair was not going to be the one actually doing her hair. The trim turned out to be 3 inches when the hair stylist "messed up" and cut it crooked. She said my daughter moved! If three inches were taken because a 7 year old moved, I feel bad for any kids that "move" who are getting close cuts. Her hair turned out looking oily and barely passed her shoulders when it was previously down to the middle of her back. I complained and they offered me little explaination. They said they could do a Keratin treatment if we bring her back for $250! Are they crazy? I wouldn't pay $0.25 for my kid to be butchered again. They charged $65 for a child (thick hair), but for that price, I expect someone who would do a stellar job. Rediculous!

I recently got a keratin blow out and extensions done at hair cutte, and was pleasantly surprised by the down to earth friendliness of the salon and affordability. I have had other keratin smoothing systems in the past as well as extensions, i have even had that brazillian blow out that is supposed to make your hair smooth and strait at other salons, and all it did was burn my eyes! at hair cutte i had none of those issues, and my extensions were done by a certified specialist that took the time to give me the look i wanted at a price half of that of the last place i went to. I also noticed they were busy, which in my book is a good sign, yet no one was standing around waiting, there was always someone available to handle whatever i needed.
