Ignore anything bad you have ever heard about both Dr. Maria Nwokike and Dr. Jerome Nwokike!

These doctors are amazing. They take their time with each patient giving them quality healthcare. Dr. Maria Nwokike is very patient and kind whenever I visit her, she is the only Doctor to successfully diagnose and treat me. Dr. Jerome is also great, he is great with kids and will listen to your concerns; taking them into consideration. The STAFF IS REMARKABLE!!!! Those girls handle up to 50+ patients a day between 5 of them. If they don't answer the phone leave a voicemail, they call you back within 30 minutes! If you have a problem they will do their best to solve it in a timely manner. This office Rocks!!!!!

DO NOT go to this doctor!! The phone is never answered, the office staff lie to you, you can not get an appointment. Once you are dependent on medication , he will not renew your prescription ever and you go through withdrawals and end up in ER. This doctor is a quack and should have his license revoked.

The only reason I came on here is not only to review the Dr Maria Nwokike, but more so her staff. The doctor herself is very caring and seems like a great doctor.....but, her staff need to be replaced. I've never talked to or met staff, that seem to care less about patients. I will specify on an incident today, where I spoke with Ashley, one of the workers, there that doesn't seem to have her head in the right place....or honestly, a brain at all. Having called and spoken to her at 9:45 am this morning, and called back seven (7) times thereafter, I was finally able to talk to someone, Jennifer, that finally was able to call the pharmacy to fill a simple diabetes test strip prescription. This is a reoccuring problem, that happens every time I need prescription refills. The doctor either needs an office manager to MANAGE these non-working staff workers better, or she just needs to replace them with people that care not only about their job, but the patients that they tend to. See this doctor at your peril....DUE TO STAFF.

Do not waste your time with Jerome Nwokike. I should have known the incompetence of his staff when I was trying to schedule an appointment was a sign of bad things to come. After waiting over an hour past my appointment time to see the doctor, I was notified that despite what I was told when I scheduled my appointment 2 weeks prior, that they did not accept my insurance. However, I needed a prescription and could not wait to schedule another appointment with a different doctor, so I paid the $250. It was only AFTER they received my payment that the doctor informed me I would have to see 2 other doctors, then come back to him to receive my prescription - by they way I have been prescribed said medication for 2+ years now. DO NOT visit this doctor.

Dr nwokike is the best dr. In las Vegas for adult endocrinology. Always informative and caring:)
