Chow & Tran Partnership - Dynamic Eye Care

They posted totally misleading information about themselves on their website. This place does not have friendly staff. The staff does not make one’s appointment comfortable nor the staff address one’s questions or concerns. My recent appointment was a disaster and a complete waste of time. My husband and I were shocked to see such a negative attitude and ignoring behavior of some of the staff members. Not only that we were treated with disrespect but also one of the staff members made a derogatory comment directly to us. This is unacceptable! We are warning everyone to avoid this place. Dynamic Eye Care does not deserve doing business with You! Make yourself a great respect and stay away from this lousy service.

WORST Eye Care Facility. Services were provided to my husband as an outpatient service for the military. Dr. Tran and her staff billed for serviced NOT rendered. They performed subsequent eye fittings just so they can collect from the VA. They even billed that my husband received eye exams when all he did was see the receptionist to pick up contacts that has come in. Their excuse is that the Chief of VA advised them to bill this way yet their medical paperwork submitted AND signed by the doctor stated he received a fitting and/or other services. Their staff is rude and Dr. Tran is NEVER there. The excuse we always get when we call is that she isn't there that day and will be in another day. I don't trust this company with my eyes let alone my money or insurance!

So my wife and I could make an eye appointment because of an emergency so they charge us a 50 dollar no show fee...what a way to attract customers and keep them.... never going back never going to refer anybody and everybody that we did refer we will tell them what happened.
