Allstate Insurance

This Agent has fraudulentry put me in an illegal status with DMV. First Jayar Hawley has never been in the office one time when I called, in the 5 years I had been with Allstate. The office manager has basically , to my knowledge, handled my services.

InJanuary , Allstate back dated (paid for ) auto insurance after I canceled my policy. But not before charging me a $25 for a return check fee for auto pay and debuting a account that had been closed in Dec. 2013. This agency operates with incompitency and the policyholder is victimized by its mistakes with no apologies . Rather to lie and make policyholder accountable regardless of the "Ambigious Rule." Or Declaration Pages. The Trillion dollar simply will not lose and will admit no wrong doing. You have been warned of this agencies business practices I paid $15,000 and asked for nothing but to be treated fairly , what i got was price gouging,stress and deliberate inflicted oppression.

Worst experience ever! Do NOT go here. Took my daughter and they stated she needed braces. I had TWO providers for insurance. I was told that is only covered a couple hundred, set up payments and paid out over $1100 before someone 'slipped' and asked why I was paying when I had my type insurance as it covered it ALL! add to this they keep switching dr.'s on her, no idea if hardware in her mouth is a 'retainer', spacers, who has seen her, or what procedure is supposed to be done (THEY WERE GOING TO PULL OUT TEETH!!!?)



Still NO braces through all this and I request my money refunded. No service, no problem right? NOOO- it was only a spacer put in according to current dentist AND Aliante UNTIL - Aliante stated it was a 'retainer' AFTER they found that was the only way to keep the additional $! As a single mom doing this on my own this was utterly deplorable I now have to start from ground zero and my poor daughter too, not to mention braces aren't cheap...now they are twice as much!



Please do not make the mistake of going here!!

Terrific dental practice! Dr Chung is gentle, patient and kind. Rhea Tiotico is a wonderful dental hygenist, and a beautiful and compassionate person. The dental assistants are efficient and explain everything clearly. The front office staff is friendly and knowledgeable about insurance matters. Five stars and kudos to the entire group at Aliante Dental.

Have had the best experience with Aliante Dental. Staff is very pleasant and the hours are extremely workable with my work and kids school schedule. Have recommended Aliante Dental to few friends as well with their Orthodontics services.
