Thank you so much Virgin Van Lines for the smooth move. I was terrified having to do this move with 2 kids after a divorce and I wasn't sure I could afford it but you guys made it happen. Mary who booked my move for me was super sweet and made me feel more comfortable with the process hearing it from a woman. She helped me decide what was worth shipping and what I should just selling or leave behind. She got me moved within my budget and the crew was easy to deal with and came when they said they would. So special thanks to you all for helping my transition go smoothly.

Virgin Van Lines made our move so easy and less stressful then we anticipated. They made sure the moving process will start and end as planned. Oron with his crew showed up with such a sunny disposition and went to work. They finished the whole move nearly on schedule. My friend referred me to Virgin Van Lines when I had to move to another state last month. He gave me all the links and websites where I can learn more about the company before I even start to talk to them. When I thought I already gained enough information about them (which was basically a mix of good and bad reviews) I took the chance to talk to them personally. Julie gave me a very reasonable quote and she promised me to do a great job and guaranteed my customer satisfaction. The movers arrived at my home on time when they picked up my stuff and they also arrived on time when they had to deliver them to my new address. Overall virgin Van Lines kept their word and did what they said they’d do so kudos to you!

I cannot recommend Virgin Van Lines highly enough. The team that we received moved us from CA to TX and the experience was first-class from start to finish.Oron and his team packed all of our furniture with blankets and shrink wrap, and the care they took was wonderful especially of our English fine china. Nothing was too much trouble for either of the teams on pick up or delivery. They were careful, courteous and nothing was too much trouble for them. If you need help moving I highly recommended.

I moved last month from CA to TX using Virgin Van Lines, when Oron and his crew arrived to pick up my shipment I realized that I didn’t buy couch covers and they actually threw them in for free, I was surprised by their generosity since I know moving companies can be very greedy and even though they didn’t give me the cheapest price it was obvious that I was paying for their quality service. Thank you once again for a great job!

Virgin Van Lines was the supervisor who packed my move along with his teammate. Two worked tirelessly to pack all of my items so securely you would have thought them all worth big bucks… They treated every item as though it were fine china. In addition, they were so nice and kind to me that when they left I felt like I was saying goodbye to friends. At the actual move day, we received Dino and his team. We received extraordinary service from them. Dino is a wonderful supervisor who managed the job to perfection. I highly recommend them.

Virgin Van Lines made the grueling process of moving a breeze for my family and I. Based on our unpleasant past experiences with other moving companies we had our concerns of course. Virgin Van Lines proved my husband and I wrong about our fears and showed us the different between choosing a rip-off company to a licensed and insured with many years of experience moving company. The trucks were at our door on time and finished earlier than expected. The men were extremely careful with all of our belongings and made sure not to damage my former home along with my grandmother’s antique. I have used a few moving companies in my life and I have to be honest Virgin Van Lines was the best move by far. I moved my 3 bedroom house in CA back home to MO and a lot of companies told me I would have to wait to receive my furniture. So I stumbled on Virgin Van Lines and spoke to Carri at the office who told me it wouldn't be a problem to have a guaranteed delivery day. Oron and his crew were great, it only took about 4 hours to get all my goods wrapped with blankets they use and loaded in the truck. They were incredibly fast and efficient. I received my shipment as promised with no problem, headaches, or stress. I would definitely recommend Virgin Van Lines if you’re looking for a good relocation company. Thank you!

I had a great moving experience with Virgin Van Lines. Carri took excellent care of me pre-move, and Dino was a fabulous crew chief. He alerted me whenever an issue of concern arose and repeatedly calmed my fears. Great service, totally professional and efficient. Would recommend them to anyone! My family and I just completed a cross country move from AZ to FL. after speaking with Mary at Virgin Van Lines we decided to schedule our move. The move as promised went extremely well. Mary was there for us and answered any of our questions. Our items list was very accurate. Dino and his team were very professional and took their time padding all our furniture and packing our boxes. As promised my grandmothers dishes and her collection of porcelains dolls were in perfect condition when I unpacked them! The Virgin Van Lines personnel have very poor personal that would never revert to the phones, emails and the helpline always gives excuses about the delivery. This time while moving our goods the experience was really horrible all were out of order after delivery!! Most astonishing part is the low and worse material used at the time of packing!! I recommend…Never go for Virgin Van Lines though they always try to fool the people through their consistent Advertisements...

After having a serious issues with another moving company, Virgin van Lines team stepped right up and completed my move. Julie at the office helped me to organize (or re-organize) the paperwork. Oron the Forman and his crew arrived on time and picked up all my items to their storage. I would recommend Virgin van Lines without hesitation and I have a renewed faith in the goodness of moving companies!

Thank you for all your help! At first I spoke with Stephan the Sales Rap, he was very kind and helpful. On the moving day Dino and Aviv were very nice, it was a pleasure to deal with them from start to finish. They kept smiling and made the day stress free for me.

This was my eight move the past 12 years for my job relocates me a lot and i must say by far that this was the best move i have had. The guys were very professional and rest assured me throughout the move, i received all of my items with no damages at all and most important my price did not change because i was asked to give a detailed list of what i had and i was very accurate and the day of the move i was shocked that the price stayed the same... I was so happy with this move that i suggested to my company to open an account with them. They come highly recommended.

I was a little hesitant to reserve my move with this company i did not find much reviews. Sandy did say something that was correct. Most people do take the timne to write bad reviews but good ones not many people take time to write.



So on that note i wanted to say I had a great experience with Virgin Vanlines. They were very friendly, always kept me in the loop, and delivered my things before their deadline which i was thrilled.



I would recommend.
