This man has no contractor's license. He claims he is a handyman. When he quoted me $825 for iron fence repair, I informed him that he needed a contractor's license for any work over $500. He explained that I would have to give him a separate check of $275 to pay for each section. I told him that was skirting the law. He became verbally abusive and yelled that I was crazy. Needless to say, I couldn't get rid of him fast enough.
