Carrillo Pool Service

I used Carrillo Pool Service for approximately 2 years. Fabian started out with great customer service. Towards the end however he seemed to neglect our pool and spa. In his final visit he completely neglected to clean the spa, I called him and asked him to please clean our spa, we were having guests over that week. He became annoyed and agitated at the request and told me I had to pay extra for him to return. I told him I would no longer use his pool cleaning services. He was very upset when I told him, he used colorful words to express his frustration. He refused to refund me $45 and return my house-gate key... this happened in November 2017. Moving forward to today, April 2018, Fabian has yet to refund me my money or return my key. He has not returned any of my phone calls nor texts. I consider this to be very poor customer service and poor business practices from Carrillo Pool Services.

Amazing person with great customer service and such a knowledge for this field! He does my pool and always has it so clean and answers any questions I have! Very nice guy
