        MCM Construction was formed as a general contractor that specialized in heavy highway and bridge construction. The company has completed more than 200 projects as a prime contractor and has more than 20 projects underway statewide. In 1983, it first ventured into Southern California to complete the Universal Avenue/Hollywood Boulevard over crossing in Universal City, Calif. The year 1986 saw the beginning of a select series of jobs in Southern California, all part of the Century Freeway Project. In 1989, the company played a major role in the attempted rescue of victims trapped on the Cypress Freeway after the 7.1 Loma Prieta earthquake. Six years later, it was awarded the first of two contracts that were part of the realignment and rebuilding of the Cypress Freeway. The company has built more than 1,000 bridges in California, becoming one of the state s leading bridge contractors. MCM Construction is headquartered in North Highlands, Calif.

        Overall

        that a company as big as mcm who are supposed to be safe and responsible are unable to take care of their accidents i was driving behind a mcm truck at 4:30 in the morning in early may. when a sheet of plywood that was not securely tied down blew off and hit my car.my insurance company Ameriprise is saying that mcm does not want to pay me my 500 dollar deductible. it has been almost six months. i guess that goes to show that this company is running just a little behind..do you really need to hire someone who is not even responsible for their own mistakes....
