S Fl Window Cleaning

This company cleaned our windows in January 2012 and did an okay job. During the process their ladder broke one of the light fixtures on our ceiling fan and they were to return the following week to replace it. They never called back with an update or to schedule a time to complete the repair. After several phone calls to Amanda and Thomas I was told that they had ordered the light and it would be in that week. I asked that they call and keep me posted, but no one ever called. In fact they never once reached out to me or returned a single one of the dozen calls I made to them. I was able to reach them again a few weeks after my light should have been in from Home Depot and was told another lie about how the light ordered was the wrong one and a new one had been ordered and paid for and would be ready in about a week. Again I asked to be contacted if anything changed, and again I never heard from anyone. I was very patient and polite and simply explained that I wanted them to fix what they had broken. This went on for five months and I have yet to have my light replaced by South Florida Window Cleaning. We have since replaced the light ourselves and my husband was able to go to Home Depot and buy the light kit off the shelf! I have never worked with a company with such little regard for customer service. I advise anyone against using South Florida Window Cleaning for any service. Go with another company!
