Winfree Oil Co

When we purchased our home 18 months ago we had no idea about oil or an oil furnace. When winter came we did not know what to do, I found an invoice from Winfree oil in the paperwork we received from the previous owners so I call Mr. Winfree. He talked us through process and after checking prices for oil from other suppliers I called him back to arrange a delivery. He delivered the next day, he also checked the furnace to make sure the furnace started correctly. Through out the last 2 winters he has delivered oil within 24 hours of calling and when we ran out of oil on a Sunday he made an emergency delivery at no extra charge. He has also talked us through troubleshooting our furnace when it would not start over the phone. Every time it has been successful! Mr. Winfree is a very professional and caring business owner, you will not find any better customer service.
