I love my doctors. I have no complaints in that regard. The office? Don't expect a call back, even if you ran out of your Rx, and all you need to know is if they spoke with the pharmacy. Certainly don't expect a call back if you need to pick up your Rx in person. They seem to think I can sense when my Adderall script is waiting for me. Don't expect a staff member to go so far as to walk around a corner to see if someone is at their desk, either; they'll just send you to voicemail again, instead. Also, there is no way their new "streamlined" digital Rx renewal system could be anymore inefficient. I would have wasted less time driving over there today, and I gladly would have done so, too, if only there were some way somebody over there could let a patient know their Rx was ready for pickup! I understand they're busy, but I'm crazy, and a little compassion wouldn't hurt.

I would not recommend this office. Have gone there for about a year and every single visit was at least 45 min late. Some were as bad as 1 1/2 hours late for a 10 min checkup. Trying to make an appointment anytime in the near future is a joke. If you value your time then I would recommend finding a different office.

We have consulted with Dr. Gould and Dr. Hall, and we would not consider going anywhere else. These doctors are always available during a crises, and will always return a phone call. So, yeah, they run their appoitments a little late, for they have to "squeeze you in" when you need them and don't have an appointment... They are very knowledgable and dedicated!

This place consistently runs 1/2 hour behind schedule. My prescriptions get screwed up every time. I don't underrstand why i am required to wiat for 30-45 minutes for an apt. scheduled first thing in the morning. Get it together.

The doctors here are spectacular. I particularly recommend Dr Jennings and Dr Brooks. Dr Jennings saved my life as my prior doctor had placed me on a medication that made me suicidal. My wife treats with Dr Brooks who is incredibly good at determining the proper medications. The staff is courteous and professional, and I would not go anywhere else.
