Floor & Decor is a national retailer of hard surface flooring with unique offerings at warehouse pricing. Their expansion into the Charleston, SC market with a new warehouse and retail center was lead by Robbins Construction Group as the General Contractor. Landmark Construction Company was the subcontractor providing concrete building foundations, slab, and construction and erection of tilt-up walls for the 75,000 square foot warehouse and retail building.

South City Apartments is an upscale community with resort style amenities and high level of finishes. Landmark Construction’s scope of work included all civil site work including the realignment of Hwy 17 A & Turtle Pond road, erosion control, water distribution, sanitary sewer including a submersible pump station, extensive storm drainage, over 28 acres of clearing, balancing the site to create apartment building pads with associated parking, all site concrete, and asphalt paving. The earthwork involved over 100,000 cubic yards of material moved, hauled, placed, and/or compacted.

Retaining Walls
From mass concrete foundations to concrete retaining walls and cast-in-place concrete and concrete pavement, our in-house experts can perform all aspects of concrete construction.

Decks
Gutters
Combined curb and gutter, or curb and channel, have concrete curbs and gutters made together in one casting. Curb and gutter systems are placed on each side of a street to catch water run off and funnel to storm drainage. We use the most efficient casting methods to creating light and heavy-duty curb and gutter systems.
