Ziegler Tire

I went there to have my shocks replaced, along with an oil change. The oil change comes with a tire rotation. I supplied my own replacement shocks. Because my vehicle would already be up on the lift and the tires removed due to the tire rotation, I thought that simply removing my old shocks and relaxing them with the self supplied ones would be fail inexpesive. Imagine my shock and horror when I was presented a bill for $300. Now, this was not my first visit here. I asked why so much. Their reply was that it was the going rate and that, according to their data, this job is entitled to be caged with 3 hours labor. I was adamant that my vehicle was not worked on for 3 hrs, but they insisted that that was their charge regardless of how long it took. I had been a loyal patron here for over a decade, but after this episode, they shall never receive my business again.
