My entire car purchase experience with CarVision was OUTSTANDING! I made an inquiry through their website regarding Chevy Impala SS. I received a response shortly after from a sales rep- Contrell Jones (Great guy!). I let him know that I would be traveling out of state, and would only have a 2hr window before I returned to work. He assured me that I would be in and out (which is unheard of when financing a car). I arrived to the dealership 10 mins after they opened. In the front was the Impala SS shined up with the engine running, waiting to go for a test drive. Even with my "not so good credit," I was in and out as Contrell promised. EXCELLENT customer service, NO HASSLE, and very efficient employees; from the detailers to the finance managers.

Simple - great customer service, no pressure, and very understanding. Comfortable environment with reasonable associates willing to help me sort out what I was really looking for in a car, and, even help me identify a more ideal timeline. Highly recommended!

Keith Penny was a great sales person! I really enjoyed working with him. The car was running when we arrived and taking a test drive was easy. The paperwork moved along quickly and the dealership was willing to meet some personal financial issues. I had a great experience.

I am so thankful that I finally met a group of people that weren't the typical "used car" salesman. They were friendly, had my interest in mind, and made my experience great. Having people skills and showing personal interest is important in business and my sales guy David Cha showed that. Tom was also great and helped make my banking experience swift and easy to follow. Yesterday I purchased a 2005 Toyota at an excellent price--I did my research before going to Car Vision and knew what my target price was....Car Vision was actually lower than my target price by $600! My experience overall was outstanding: finance manager arranged for competitive financing at a local credit union for me and salesman David Cha was genuine, honest and completely knowledgeable about his products--it was an absolute pleasure to do business with Car Vision. David even went so far as to pick me up from the local train station when I arrived and double check the tire pressures before I drove off the lot in the afternoon--I am a completely satisfied customer.

I purchased a Honda from CarVision. Even though it was a used car, it was in top-notch condition! I couldn't believe I was getting the car I had always wanted at such a low price! The sales guy I worked with, Russell had a smile on his face the whole time and was honest with me about everything. I loved it here.
