Once again ! A terrible experience from the most inept postal workers on the effing planet. lol

I went to get my picture taken to renew my passport. When I arrived at 3:20pm, I was told by a postal worker (black woman for identification purposes only) in a very rude/snide voice, "We are closed". The website clearly states they are open until 4pm with the exclusion of an hour for lunch at 11am. No explanation was given, as if I was beneath her to give me an explanation. I have contacted the USPS corporate. So many people have complained about this Gray St. post office. Something needs to be done.

Besides the very rude African American Postal Employee at the post office, I would like to complain about my mail delivery. My neighbors and I frequently re-deliver our mail. We live in Woodlake Estates. Yesterday and today our mail was in the mailbox next door. The carrier even told my husband today that we didn't get any mail. He checked next door and they had our mail. He chased her down and told her. She said sorry. They can't keep a regular mail person in our neighborhood. Then she tried to blame it on someone else. He told her she needs to actually read the address on the mail. I would like to complain to a supervisor but no one ever answers the phone. So I feel this is my only outlet. We no longer go to the downtown post office because of the rude African American employee. He is his rudest to Asian individuals. I'm embarrassed by his behavior. But it doesn't seem like anyone there cares enough to fix the problems.

The first time I went, there was a sweet, old lady working. She was very helpful since it was my first time mailing something. The many times I've been there after, that lady wasn't there. Instead, there are several very rude men working. They frequently yell at customers and belittle them if they're writng too "slow" or don't know how something works when they should be explaining their system to the customer. I've also had to pick up packages at this Norman Post Office a few times. Each time, I give them my information and ask them to check, they always tell me it's not there after their first "try". Only when after I argue about how my package has to be within their office because it has been scanned and confirmed on my delivery confirmation do they make an honest attempt to retrieve the package for me.

I'm embarrassed to admit this, but he has made me cry on several different occasions. I honestly believe he derives some sort of sick pleasure from abusing the customers. We should band together to shower him with so much love and affection that he's made physically ill :)

Went in to send a letter and get stamps. Tall African American with grey hair and an obnoxious chuckle was HORRIBLE!!! First off he was rude to the elderly woman in front of me. He was complaining of her choice of payment, eventually forcing her to dump out her coin purse. After she did what he wanted he raised his voice at her for getting to much change out. He was also making comments about how he has snapped people's necks, which is inappropriate and frightening. When it was my turn he was very rude and mean because I did not do what he thought I should of done. I ended up just walking away, as I did that he laughed at me. I wish I knew his name so I could submit a formal complaint.

Had a horrible experience this morning. I was trying to ship something(which I've never done before) and was expecting the employee to be kind and explain what I needed to do. I didn't get his name, but he was a tall African American man. He was very very rude and talked down to me and made me feel stupid for having questions. I ended up walking out. Will not be returning to this location because of this employee.

I had a slip to pick my parcel and the employee by the name of Tony was talking very rude and would not go in the back to retrieve my package because he said that I came there the same day and did not feel like searching. When I went to his supervisor he immediately went to the back and brought me my package in less than a minute. Don't you worry though folks! I told that rude incompetent Tony the way it is!

Several employees at this branch are indifferent and rude. I had two separate experiences where a male employee actually yelled at me in front of other employees and clients. Both times it was the male employee yelling at me when I asked a question. I made a formal complaint. I avoid this branch completely. I prefer driving to another than get that type of treatment. Hope they get rid of these toxic people.

Very rude. My husband and I both took off work early to make it there by 3:30 to get our sons passport. We walk in and the guy behind the counter says "Passport is closed, too many people... you shoulda came earlier!" Ugh I was ticked. They advertise open for walk-ins until 4, so you can't just randomly 'close' early. It was a Friday as well, so I'm sure that's why they were 'too busy' to help us. We will NOT be coming back.

Terrible service and terrible employees. I swear everyone that works there is incompetent

Customer service here is horrendous. Almost every time I'm here there's at least a 30 minute wait. Also the people "assisting" me aren't very nice. Not even to mention the fact that they consistently lose my mail or are delivering it to the wrong address. Find another post office this one is a waste of your time. Save the time and frustration. GOSH!!!
