I had a home inspection done during the normal process of selling our house. Inspection indicated general roof repairs and installing flashing to the converted garage. If you are like most homeowners, we have no idea what this entails or even where to begin with this project. I did some general hunting around online until I came across Gotcha Covered. I read their reviews, which were all glowing, but one that caught my eye, was that they call within 60 seconds of submitting the request. So I thought I would test that. I submitted my request and my phone was ringing 30 seconds later. I was pretty surprised and scheduled an appointment for the following friday. Cody came out, did a quick inspection, and let me know the parts required. He explained what the inspector was seeing and what the purpose of the repair was. I had no idea about anything to do with roofing, and Cody made it clear and simple. Fast forward 2 days, for the parts to arrive, he came out, fixed everything that was requested and more, and the total invoice was exactly as proposed. This guy was amazing!

Simply put, if you are looking for repairs, or work done requested by an inspection, or even just someone to come check an make sure everything is up to standard, this is the company. They won't lie, cheat, or steal. They will explain everything you need, and answer every question. For all of us homeowners that do not have the knowledge, the time, or who to call, this is the guy! Don't look anywhere else!
