Established in 1980, Cleveland Area Rapid Transit offers transportation services to over 1 million riders and covers a distance of more than 500,000 miles annually. Its service features five city routes, three campus routes and a route connecting Norman to Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. The transportation provider s MetroLift service provides origin-to-destination transportation for disabled individuals. Additionally, it operates a football shuttle from the Lloyd Noble Center and the Westheimer Airport to the football stadium to alleviate parking congestion when Oklahoma University plays, as well as offers free and special event bus services.
