Able Community Based Services

This company was recently having open interviews (February 2009). I had never heard of this place, and now I know why! Upon walking in the front door, I was hit in the face by what smelled like a teenage boys bedroom with dirty laundry piled 2 feet high. After brushing that off, I sat down to fill out an application. About 5 minutes later, two women who work there, were trying to carry on a quiet conversation, although I don't know why, seeing as it was so quiet you could hear a pin drop. They were throwing in cuss words and discussing topics similar to those heard on a Jerry Springer episode. Now, it's one thing to do that around co-workers you've know for awhile (if they're comfortable with that), but to act like that when you have potential employees sitting a foot away...completely classless and unprofessional! I didn't even say one word, I just shook my head and walked out. It's pretty sad that I was the youngest person in the room and yet I have more class in my small toe than everyone in that room combined. If you have zero class and want to be miserable at work...then please, apply here! It must get it's name from "if you are ABLE to stand the trash that works here!" I wouldn't let these people take care of a dying lab rat, much less any human being that I know! Stay far, far away!!!
