        Overall

        file a claim for death in September, claim have not been paid as of NOVEMBER 17/2015. When calling their claim department they keep you on hold for 1 1/2 hrs no matter what time you call. Changing my insurance

        I have been with this company for over 25 years to be having this much trouble. Service is very poor
