Lotus Day Spa

Made an appointment to be with jenna for one day and my son that following friday. They called to confirm on Sunday and I verified with jenna for me on Monday and my son friday..lady said yes. I am here for my appointment but they said it wasn't with jenna. Then why would you make an appointment for me if you weren't going to give me who I booked with.... unprofessional and unacceptable business practices for you to say yes I can have jenna then once you have me in the door tell me otherwise!! I am so disgusted. Gave 1 star bcuz I had to in order to leave the review. Don't trust them to book you with your requested nail tech!!! Will be looking for a new nail salon with honest business practices!!! Update....they charged me full price for the services I had made my appointment for but did not give me my mask or the massage with the lotion. But they had no problems charging me full price for partial services. I have rough skin on the edge of my toe where my nail meets my skin that wasn't taken care of. Also my polish has glitter in it and there is glitter on my skin around my toenails and you can see a white line between my skin and my toenail and where the Polish starts. Maybe the owner needs to worry about one business instead of having several and moving her good employees over to her boba tea store and leaving the incompetent ones behind.

this was my first visit ever to a spa. Thao was exceptional. Eric wonderful. The price was fantastic and i left feeling pampered and cared for. I highly recommend this spa to all.

Highly recommended!!! Beautiful place, clean and professional establishment with excellent and friendly staff. I have tried several Spas but Lotus Day Spa is the BEST in town. They really take time and no rushed .I love to go LOTUS. :))
