Atlanta Carpet and Air Duct Cleaning

AirDuctCleaning is a terrible company!. I wanted to clean out microbugs in my carpet with steam wash so I had them to come clean 'em out. They lied to us on the phone that they would use 215*F for steam wash. They also said they would use a "natural solution" to replace detergents, and not only was the water from their furnace tap cold, their "natural resolution" was just plain H2O. They also have a terrible attitude.

Horrible company, next time ask them whats in those spray bottles the techs have its called simple green but they go around claiming its a solution they only know. They use this spray on carpet chimney, air ducts and charge 100+ for just spraying when the real thing is less then 15$ at home depot rip off & the techs are not licensed. ��������������������

Your time is worth more than the discount they offer.



Cleaner was 5 hours late. He called at 830 (when he was supposed to be there) to let us know that he was running late. Then at 9 to let us know he had a flat. Then at 10:30 to let us know he was still waiting for AAA. Then at 12:30 to let us know it would be 1:30. Well 1:30 came and went, still nothing. My wife called him at 2 and was told he was on the way. She asked if he was actually in a moving vehicle. That would mean he's 5 minutes away since he told us he was at Canton and 92 when the flat occurred.



I called the company to complain and was told the guy wouldn't be there before 3pm. At this point, my wife has rescheduled her day, twice, so I'm thinking we should get an additional discount. Well that wasn't going to happen because then they're spending more in gas than they're getting for the job, so I told him he's cleaning some additional areas and rugs for free. That might happen.



Their sob story: At 9am got a call that driver was on side of road at 575 and exit 4 (remember he told us Canton and 92 when he called). They called AAA who apparently guarantees them 45 minute service. Two hours later the driver wasn't answering his phone. They finally tracked down AAA and got someone there. Then the driver went to his other job even though he was 5 - 10 minutes from our house no matter which location was the correct one. Apparently they book 2 appointments per window. We were surprised that there is a window since no one told us that when scheduled.



One of these days I'll remember to check reviews before I hire someone.

Horrible Horrible Service..... This company came out to my place to "clean my carpet"..... It took them 5 minutes to do so... They didn't take stains out or did anything to it., It seems like I paid them to wet it and that's all they did. The receptionist was nice Tiffany, she gave me a quote the previous day and told me that they would take stains out, any smell off and move furniture around to clean the area really good.



The next day when the guys (2) came one named Tony... At first, one of them was trying to charge me more... He kept on pushing so that I would pay more until I said "No, They already quoted me and that's how much I will pay" The guy was rude and mean... He started cleaning the carpet and finished in 5 minutes... tried to get tip out of me then gave me the receipt and left. He didn't even give me a chance to check their work.... When I checked.... they had only cleaned where it was visible...... not even pushed the sofa or a chair to clean.... OMG.... this was a very bad experience and horrible service. Then I called the guy back and he stated that "he doesn't move anything around and that I could call the company if I wanted to"... He didn't care... all he cared about was getting my credit card and charging me for wetting my carpet... Oooh... He also wanted me to tip him after he was so unpleasant, dishonest and knew he had done horrible job. THIS WAS A RIP OFF....



I would not recommend this company to anyone neither use their service ever ever again. I'm so dissatisfied with this company. i wish I could upload all the pictures so that all of you can see... Even my kitchen floor was in a pool of water....

Courteous techs got the tough stains out, no complaints here. Definitely using again!

The technician came out to my house to clean my carpets and they came out looking brand new.

I called this company to come out and repair my dryer vent. The estimates I got from other companies were through the roof but the technician Tony came out and gave me a free estimate, and repaired my dryer vent the next day with no hidden fees. My dryer works perfectly now and I really appreciate how polite and nice Tony was.

HORRIBLE...HORRIBLE

This company came out steam cleaned the 5 rooms,hall and stairs in 19 min they ran my card, told me 2-4 dry time. Brought my recipt back then told me NO WARRENTY because they accepted the competitors coupon !! Now 4 DAYS LATER MY CARPETS ARE SOAKED, DRIPPING WET !!!!!!!!! STILL NO CALL FROM COMPANY NO RESOLUTION !!. Mean while my carpets are dripping, my pads are being ruined...STAY AWAY from this company !

This is the WORST COMPANY I have ever dealt with in my life! They destroyed our carpet leaving black stains everywhere! When they came back to make corrections their solution was to try and cut holes where the stains were. I finally demanded a refund and they sent me some made up amount a lot less than the amount I paid thanks to pushy salesmanship by the technician. Shoddy work and a total crook of an owner!

They did a great job, i had my chimney cleaned by them since it is the season so i called around to a few places until i found Atlanta carpet and air duct . i had them come out and do a sweep on my chimney wow what a fantastic job they did i would recommend

I have three young children . They are all over the place making messes all over my rugs/carpets. I called Atlanta Carpet and air Duct Cleaning to steam clean my living room and children's rooms carpets. The carpets came out so tidy and smelled so fresh. They stains were removed immediately. The workers got rid of my problem quick and easy without any problems. I enjoy having them & the price was AFFORDABLE!
