worst cab company in atlanta.............................called and called and no answer, after 5 calls someone called back speaking spanish and after I asked for a price just tell me to fu... off i have no taxi now to not harass by calling somany times very rude and no business ethics

I have an internship in Duluth and as such I need to get to and from the Doraville Station twice a week with a super early pickup time. Needless to say without these guys I would be stuck.

The cars are all very clean and every driver is amazingly nice and very helpful, even very early in the morning. And not to mention the price is right-It.

There new website is also great and a lot easier to navigate than their old website. I would recommend that anyone looking for a cheap and easy way to get home.

I will definitely use ATL Taxi in the future (I am actually taking them again tomorrow).

One of their former drivers totaled out my car. The driver was at work and had no insurance on the car. All the addresses on line is wrong and they keep relocating. Atl taxi refuses to pay for my car. This happened March 2014. I have not seen a dime from anyone.they keep hiding. Also most of the good reviews are from the workers. I still plan on suiting.

I was out of a car due to a bad starter so I had to use a taxi to get to work and back. This cab company drove me for a week, over all I had a good experience I will use again.

I went online to reserve a taxi for the next day. I then called and was told they had my reservation and they would take care of it. Hours later, they called me and told me they would not have a taxi available! Now, here it is late at night before I head to Atlanta in the morning, and I have to start all over! Thanks a lot!

Great service! I called and they got there within 15 minutes, cab driver was very nice and pointed out interesting things along the way after learning that we were tourists.

I got a quote from the dispatcher for $18-20 and it was only $17 (+ tip) very happy with the service.

The only time that I use taxis is when I take my car for regular maintenance and for the last year I've been using this cab company. To say the least this review is been long over due. Every time I make an appointment its always on time the drivers are nice I never had a issue with any of them, to me customer service is key and I always get that with this cab company.

I called this cab company as a second option after my original booked cab did not show up. This is not an unusual situation in the Atlanta are when it comes to cabs. I have been traveling to Atlanta for the past 15 years and getting a cab outside the city has always been quite a challenge. I can't vouch for any one company but I can recommend this hardworking guys who picked me up with very little notice. I'm impressed with their service.

Gave them a call, and less than 15 minutes later, a van was outside of my house, ready to drive me to my destination. Our driver was friendly, but didn't try to force conversation. He got us to our destination quickly and without hassle. They accepted credit cards (and will email a receipt? NICE!), which was a plus.



A tad pricey, (all taxis in general) but all things considered, not too bad for the prompt service. When it's been one of those weeks when no one wants to be D.D., not to mention finding (and probably paying for) parking, to its just convenient.

I Needed a ride to the airport early the morning so I made my reservation online in the middle of the night. It was only 6 hours before my flight, but they were up, responding to all my emails and ready to provide a quote and instructions once I agreed to their services. I contacted 4 other companies that night, ATL Taxi was the only one to respond BEFORE my flight.



They were on time, freindly and called me to let me know they were waiting downstairs. The cab was clean, driver was very friendly, and got me to the airport on time.



The price was fair considering my last minute need, the time of day and traffic expected. I Would definitely use them again, if I'm ever in a bind.

I am an international student from India. I have only been here for the past 3 months, so the city is new to me. I go to school at Mercer University so I need a transfer ride to the my english class every morning. I always use this Atl Taxi service to go there. All the drivers are pretty much fun loving guys. I will recommend this taxi service to all my friends and family.

This is the first time using this service and it is excellent. They called to let me know they might be a few minutes late due to traffic, but still arrived on time. So, they were prompt. The driver was courteous and the car was clean and in excellent condition. I will definitely use this service again.

The dispatch service is always really nice. They're prompt with responses and tracking cabs. The person I usually hear from usually has pretty accurate time estimating on when a cab will be arriving at my location as well. He is always courteous and even remembers my name and where I like to go. Good deal.

I have been using this company for the last year and a half approximately, normally to go to the station and local errands around my house. The reason I writing this review is for the fat that I just realize that I have stuck with this taxi company longer than most of my relationships and it has been due to its consistency, we have had our up and downs but over all I'm quite pleased and will keep on using this company.

I normally do not write reviews, however, I was amazed that after reading everyone's reviews here about how great the service was from the airport, when I called I was told they will not do airport pick ups unless there was a drop off. I was planning to pick my husband up from the airport, but came down with a terrible cold and, with 2 kids under the age of 3 at home, decided it would be safer to arrange a ride than chance getting into an accident with this throbbing headache. Anyway, I suppose if you need the emergency 24 hour service, it's selective and you should have another company name on file. I don't doubt they may have been good if we called ahead by a week and arranged a ride to the airport, but it wasn't possible. I thought the 24 hour emergency service was promising, but this is one car company I will not place on speed dial.

I had a last minute meeting to attend, my car wasn't starting and to make matters worst getting a taxi in the area where I live is practically impossible. So I went down the list of taxi in my area getting outrageous waiting periods or plain "we do not serve that area" responses.



Luckily I called ALT Taxi, the dispatcher took my address down my phone number and fifteen minutes later I had a taxi at my driveway. No hassle or excuses just straight business and delivery. I love the kind of organization that understands what they are doing, cause frankly I do not want to know how far is my house from your office or how the traffic is coming this way.



Anyhow I go a cab at my door step, the driver was clean cut and polite I give him my destination address and off we went. No unnecessary cattery or nonsensical turns. I am a customer for life.. BTW I made in time for my meeting and it went well...

Excellent customer service. They showed up with perfect timing--not so early that I felt rushed, but early enough that I didn't have to worry if they forgot about me. On top of that, I was given a discount on the meter to have me use them again in the future. I will definitely use them again.

I had a very good experience with this company. I reserved the taxi by their e-form and they promptly called to confirm it and to quote the price. My taxi was supposed to leave very early in the morning for the airport and it was there 10min earlier (they called me before it arrived). The driver was very courteous (I'm not sure about his name anymore, but I think it was Fernando), and the yelp coupon for 10% off worked. My recommendations!

I called to confirm booking for taxi from North Avenue, Georgia Tech to the Airport and was quoted a price of $50. The standard rate is $38.52 so I'm pretty sure it's illegal to charge that much for a ride.

Will be reporting to BBB and other agencies. Also posting this experience on various social networking sites to destroy this company. Nothing lasts against me. They will learn that.
