Car-Fi

We were looking for a Bluetooth car stereo for my daughter's car this past December. We were unsuccessful finding any dealers in Springfield, with the needed knowledge to maintain the car's steering wheel controls and driver informatio n center, after the stereo installation. We decided to check with Car-Fi in Nixa the following morning. We were immediately greated very nicely by a young man named Wes. Wes was extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of the kind of stereo, adapter kits and installation needed to retain the car's other functions. Wes gave us several options in the equipment and pricing. The store was extremely busy, yet Wes and another gentleman, took care of everyone with patience and great service. Today, I returned to have the system installed. Wes remembered every detail from the purchase over three weeks ago. He, once again, made an incredible impression on someone with a thirty year history of customer service and retail. To the owners of Car-Fi: you are very, very fortunate to have Wes on your front line. I didn't realize that this kind of customer service still existed. Thanks Wes!
