        Founded in 1993, Shepherd Valley Waldorf School is an educational institution that enrolls more than 145 students. It offers a range of academic and extracurricular programs for students in pre-kindergarten through grade eight. The school s facilities are spread over an area of nearly 35 acres. It provides classes in Spanish, music, art and German. Shepherd Valley Waldorf School also offers instruction in reading, math, English and science. It conducts a variety of class events, educational field trips and festival celebrations, as well as maintains a parent-teacher organization that sponsors and coordinates potlucks, social gatherings and community-building activities.
