We went in they were very nice and friendly, however I got my son and his daughter a pedicure with no polish I got a partial pedicure only pumice used and massage no filing no file nothing more , I got a dip and eyebrows waxed , oh and my daughter got her nails painted with gel polish which totaled from there price chart $160 and that's charging me with a full pedicure they charged me $200 then I tried to explain the pricing and she took $10 off making the total $190 so my son insisted on paying so there was no problem HOWEVER ... This was not what I expected 😔 I am so very disappointed how they over charged ... I will not return to this place because of dishonesty. I apologize sincerely for this review but I do not like when people try to take advantage of any situation. This was truly a bad experience only due to the lady over charging.

TO YOUR RESPONSE: WE GOT REGULAR PEDICURES ( not deluxe) MY DAUGHTER ONLY RECEIVED A GEL POLISH NO MANICURE AT ALL! We asked for 2 pedicures my pedicure was only a pumice bar and massage no deluxe no trimming no nothing ... ... we specifically asked for 3 pedicure a gel polish and a dip. Thank you for your response however that was not the truth in your reply. We will not being going there again nor would I recommend to anyone polish wax bar is the absolute best place to receive THE BEST VALUE , HONEST BUSINESS OWNERS AND QUALITY WORK . I am disappointed that you responded with a lie

This is the worst place ever! They did not fill my nails correctly so when I called to complain she told me to come in for a free fill and all she did was file my nails and put glue around the edges where they were lifting. My nails look horrible I will never go here again.
