Lou came out right away to see what the job would entail, but was impossible to get a hold of after that. It took numerous follow ups to get the estimate in writing, and more emails/phone calls/texts to try to nail down a date to do the work. He finally vaguely told me he would be out the week of 9/10 but would follow up with an exact date. I texted him on the 10th saying I really needed a definite date or would have to go with another contractor. I never heard from him. Then he texted me on 9/15 saying he could come out 9/17 and 9/18. I responded saying I needed more time to take off from work, but he could come by to do the outside work. He never responded and never showed up.

I would strongly urge anyone to pursue other contractors rather than wasting your time with Lou Leone's company.

Very detail oriented contractor. He personally follows through on everything. His prices are very reasonable. I will highly recommend him to all of my friends.

I work with Lou directly. He is a trustworthy honest contractor, Always putting the customers first which is a rare quality to come by nowadays. I appreciate all his work and I will continue our business relationship in the future

Shoddy work that has not held up. Refused to answer calls or complete work. Subcontractors said that they were not paid despite the fact that I made prompt payments.
