Do not do business with this disorganized, unprofessional organization. It took days and multiple conversations with three different people before I could even look at an apartment that I was interested in. Then they rented out an apartment they showed me knowing that I was driving over a check with the application for the apartment without even calling me. When I said they could have at least called us seeing they told us it was okay to drive over a check to reserve the apartment they responded that they didn't owe me anything and I should just take a filthy dump they were trying to get off their listing that I already said no too or an apartment $300 a month over my budget. Perhaps I would have filled out the application with the check sooner but they didn't even have copies of the applications ready when they showed me apartments. They handled the entire apartment search unprofessionally. With all of the competition in the area it is amazing an organization like this is surviving. Apartment hunting can be stressful enough, please save yourself from additional stress and take your business elsewhere.
