        Customer service

        Customer of seven years always paid our rent for the unit on time started to clean it out today threw somethings away in the garbage by the gate left to drop off the first load came back and they locked us out because we threw things away. Was very unhappy she said she rolled back the tape and saw us doing this even though the office was closed and there were no signs saying that the disposal of trash was prohibited.

        I stored my items here for 4 years and the onsite manager was just sooo nice. My storage space stayed dry and it was very easy to access. It is nice to drive on the property and be greeted by the nice folks that live there. It gives you a great sense of security....
