Stepping Stones Child Development Center

My 4 year old daughter started off at the Jefferson location when she was 6 weeks old. We loved the staff there, and truly miss them. My daughter loved her teachers, and looked forward to going to "school" everyday. She now attends the Warwick location before and after school because she's attending Watkins. I would highly recommend Stepping Stones to any one looking for care for their child. We have had a great experience.

My 4 yr old has attended Stepping Stones since she was 3 months old. She has had great care from all the teachers. We are now expecting our second child in a few months. He will definitely be attending Stepping Stones. The staff has always been very loving and caring towards our child. I would highly recommend Stepping Stones to everyone.

Stepping Stones is an OK center. They go through teachers like a dime a dozen. There is always drama in all the classrooms. It seems like they always hire teachers just to hire. Alot of times my kids come home and say that they watched TV and played. They have not really learned much from that center. Ms. Connie is a great woman, but they treat the good teachers wrong and the bad ones good. They have lost good teachers because of thier leadership skills. Some of the teachers dont even know if your child ate good that day or what they done that day for that matter. They suppose to be doing a school like setting for the 4 year olds, but no proof is coming home. But price wise they are good and during the summer they do alot of activites for the children.

The teacher of stepping stones are wonderful, they care and get excited when you child moves to the next developmental stage, with the exception of Ms. Connie who feels like she can make decisions on the behalf of YOUR child, that you should be made by you the parent. She is the reason why I will no longer be taking my child to stepping stones which is extremely sad, because with the exception of Ms. Connie everyone else there is wonderful care takers.
