My husband and I went to this store location recently and we were never even greeted or asked if we needed any help. There was no other customers in at the same time we were in the store. One employee was adjusting shelves in the back & we stood right next to him and nothing not even a nod hello. Another employee kept going in and out of the back office with out even a hello, and the cashier just stood around looking at us. Finally as we woundered around the store and found what we needed we walked up to pay the cashier. As the cashier was about to give us our change and receipt the phone rang and she just stood there holding our receipt and change speaking to this customer for over a whole minute while we stood there. Never did she pause to let the customer on the phone know she needed to finish up a transaction and would be right with them. This cashier kept going on and on with the phone customer when it would have taken all but 5 seconds to finish up with us. In my Customer Service training I was always told to greet your customers especially since we are the ones spending our monies in there stores therefore paying their salaries! Then by this cashier fully helping this phone customer while we stood infront of her, its as if she jumped line and helped the customer behind you which I know no one would appreciate that. I will never go back to this location and i will be sure to pass the word about the lack of customer service at this location!!!
