Omni Performance

Brought in my vehicle to get a $2700 crankshaft replacement. Their expert mechanic did the test drive which is the distance from the repair bay to the parking lot. I picked the vehicle up drove it 50 feet and nearly ended up in a ditch. The steering was 45 degrees out of alignment. The mechanic tells me that when they drop the engine they disconnect the steering and transmission and when Omni reassembles it the parts don't always fit together - in other words this unsafe to drive vehicle is now my problem . When I confronted the owner he suggested I get an alignment - I fix their foul-up at my expense. He finally agreed to pay. However, if the mechanics statement is their professional philosophy I have no idea when the drive train or transmission will fail because of the way they put it back together. This is the kind of shop you'd recommend to a mother-in-law or the neighbor whose dog uses your front lawn.

Went to Omni Performance on Sept. 14th , I was very please with the time they took to go over any questions I had about my car. Had my car repaired there and I was very please with there prices and also there warranty. I will be back and you can quote me on that...... Thanks Omni

I had my 1997 Toyota Tacoma towed into Omni Performance broke down on I-64 with an electrical problem. Not only did he get the truck running he did it at a very reasonable price. This is a great family owned business that I would recommend to a friend. You can feel comfortable using this business for your vehicle repair. They will do good work and will be honest with you.
