JRMT works in concert with James River Marina. JMRT provides a full range of boat repair, factory certified maintenance, and custom marine equipment installation to boat owners in the James River, Tidewater area. James River Marine Technical Services specializes in returning boats back to original specifications followed by comprehensive maintenance to keep them in on specification. We are both Mercrusier and Volvo factory certified dealership service centers, with cutting-edge technician?s holding certifications in both product lines. We hold mechanic factory certification the service of Yamaha, Suzuki, Honda, and Mercury outboards. We are a Dry Storage Facility with the ability to haulout boats up to 32 feet or 12,000 pounds. We cover all types of marine repair from engine and drive service to detailing and painting. James River Marina, with inside storage for 180 boats is centrally located in the heart of Hampton Roads, with cruising times to the Chesapeake Bay Bridge Tunnel and the Chickahomony River in under an hour.
