Overall

Had a Carrier unit installed by them 4 years ago. Last night it stopped blowing out cold. No appointment is available until Tuesday. I understand it’s a holiday weekend, and that they are closed Saturday, Sunday and Monday. However, to say there are no appointments on a Friday because their technicians don’t work in the rain infuriates me. There has been no thunder or lightning and it has only been sprinkling off and on. There have been hours without any rainfall. I have pets and a toddler and it’s supposed to me over 90 degrees on Monday. Should of went with a Trane or a different installer apparently. 😡🥵

Hilton Heating was a great com...

Hilton Heating was a great company to work with. As it was getting warmer outside, my air wasn't working. I called and they had a service tech out right away. As it turns out, I needed a new system, which was costly, but definitely worth it. I could tell that the employees who serviced my air were passionate about their work, and not the type to rip you off. Although we had to wait for parts to come in if the company didn't have them, they were installed promptly upon arrival and I definitely felt that myself (the customer) was at the center of their focus. The owner of the company even came by to check on the work while it was being completed, and to inform me of all the things they were installing so I would be aware. The care and comfort Hilton Heating provided my family was money well spent. Still enjoying the system today!

Helping Others Take Advantage

My heating went out on 16 December 09, the coldest day of that year, and I phoned another company that came out to take a look at my heating system. That company determined that the problem was with my fan motor and said that he knew this to be the exact problem. After this the company refused to fix my system stating that it was a system that was known to catch on fire. I suspected that I would get a different story once they left because we'd had problem getting good service since a previous lawsuit I filed against previous employer. We called Hilton and they came out and looked at the system and determines that the first diagnose was correct and stated they could not find the part because the company had gone out of business. How many times do companies go out of business and we don't throw out our merchandise because usually their is a compatible mate, and there was. I looked it up and it was available and another company came out and ordered the part right away. However, after this company left promising to have the part within days, it's now taking 6 days for an emergency order.
