Dixie RV Superstore

Bought my travel trailer at Dixie!!! I shopped everywhere, by far the best sales staff,best prices in the area!!!! Great service department too! I will never shop anywhere else!

No stars. We bought a used RV a month ago from them just for the sway bar to break halfway during our trip. We were aware that there was some rust but according to the repair shop we are at in Iowa this company in Newport News never should have sold us this RV without repairing first as we were told "this RV is in no condition to drive across country and would fail an safety inspection" says the people at The dealership in Davenport, Iowa

We called Dixie RV in Newport News and they basically told us there was nothing they can do. Even though their mechanic that did the walk thru found things that were broken and repaired it then and there.....which those repairs should have been done during the two weeks they made us wait for the delivery. WTF were you doing for two weeks! The mechanic acted as if he had never been on this RV before.. And again I ask WTF were you guys doing for two weeks! Oh you washed it that's what took two weeks. I would have thought those repairs would have been done during this two week period of being washed.Thanks for nothing!

By far the best RV and camping trailer dealership in the Tidewater area. Large selection of new campers and top quality used units. The service department is FANTASTIC and they are a model of how customer service should be in other businesses. I have gone to several other dealers in the area and no one comes close to matching the wonderful experience I have had with Dixie.

The folks at Dixie RV are absolutely fantastic!!! I would recomend them to anyone interested in buying any type of RV. They have a HUGE selection and the customer service is top notch!!
