Outstanding Service and Repair! Bryan the A-1 American Service Representative quickly determined the cause of my problem and repaired the drain/plimbing as needed. I have a two story home and water was leaking through the ceiling into my den on the first floor. Bryan came out on a Saturday on an emergency call and fixed the problem the first time. I had a drain problem and called A-1 American. They responded promptly and when Brian, their technician, arrived he was friendly, courteous and professional. After being apprised of the problem, he told me the cost up front. I appreciated knowing this ahead of time. He took the sink drain apart and ran his snake through the line. After making sure it was clear, he replaced the needed parts to the sink drain and again tested the line to see that it was working properly. I could not have been more satisfied with the work done by A-1 and would recommend them to anyone needing any of their services.
