        The DVDs played just great. Thank you for explaining that all DVDs are not made equal. I bought my DVD player with that in mind. DVD-R discs. My whole video library is now on DVD. I love the convenience of not having to rewind them, and storage is also great. Thank You again. I will recommend.

        Thank you for your comments. Yes We use DVD-R discs which are the most universally accepted burned discs. We do tell the .01% of customers that do have a playback issue to try another DVD player and that usually takes care of the issue. However we are happy to review the disc and make another if needed.

        I had trouble playing the DVD's they transfered for me. It only worked on my computer.

        So sorry that your DVD player did not play them correctly. Some older DVD players are like that. Please bring the disc back in and we'll review and re-do. We stand behind our copies. Thanks for giving us your feedback, that's how we stay competitive after 15 years. thank you again.
