Ultrasound
Silicone breast implants are filled with a silicone gel and has a feel of your natural breast tissue. If your implant gets a leak, the gel may stay within the implant shell or may get out into your breast implant pocket. The implant shell itself will not collapse. If you choose silicone for your implant, you should visit your plastic surgeon on a regular basis to make sure they are functioning well.
