The visit is always lovely. The kids look forward to the dental visit and get excited to come back. The staff and dentists are very professional and knowledgeable. We definitely recommend this practice to anyone.

Awesome trouble shooting skills of staff! With 3 kids (one who struggles with dental appointments) they can keep the cleanings going and the kids engaged and also taking responsibility for their teeth! Will be back in 6 months!

We have been going to Oak Park Dentistry in Newbury Park for over 8 years and it says a lot when the kids want to go to their appointments! The staff, from the doctors, to the hygienists, to the front desk personnel are always pleasant, professional, warm, and understanding. They do such a wonderful job in listening to the needs of the patients and of the parents as well. I've had the utmost trust in this wonderful office (Dr. Sue is absolute gem) and know it will continue. We are so fortunate to have close to home.

I think I was more antsy than my 3 kids, thinking me taking all 3 kids at one visit!! But it worked out perfect my 22 month old was happy watching big sister age 5 and big brother 3 watch their movie - Nemo and get their teeth all shined up with "sparkles" , then it was her turn and she loved it too!!

the kids really didn't want to leave. Dr. Neri was so patient and sweet. I felt bad because we were all still in the waiting room at lunch time, but the front office was so sweet they let the kids play for a bit. one of the front office girls Malia made their day giving them a prize from the "drawer", so sweet ---you can tell they cater to us parents as well as the kids.

The office manager Malia is so RUDE and unprofessional!!! I've left several messages for her regarding my account and she is never at the office and doesn't return phone calls!! If you have an issue don't count on her to help you!
