        Everything went well, your staff is courteous and helpful. I love the facility and the Hollywood theme as I did once live on Franklin Ave in West Hollywood. The only thing that's missing is my ability to ride on the cart at will! I love those things. It was a pleasant experience. Thank You

        When a rental truck company (Budget) decided to not honor my reservation, I was in a total bind. Gary and Amanda at Hollywood storage worked so hard to help me out. They got me another truck with Penske and helped me get the best deal. It was at the end of the day and they could have not cared but they did. I'm super grateful.

        I buy storage units (like storage wars) as a side business, so I've seen a LOT of different facilities and let me just say that none are as nice as this place. Honestly, the place is gorgeous. There's a kids play area, popcorn, they gave me a drink from the fridge, a postal center to send your mail, a giant flatscreen tv, full sized Hollywood figures around the office...just nuts. The staff was extremely pleasant, helpful and competent (incredible how many aren't)...oh, and very good looking as well. All in all, I had a great experience and am oddly excited to go back to my storage unit now. Thanks guys and keep up the good work.

        I have had many storage units. This one is always clean, safe and they beet another quote that I got from another storage unit in Westlake. So far very happy w/ HS!

        Very good operation, clean units, very friendly folks! Have a great system for reminding you when you are late which is good for me because I travel between CA and AK a lot and tend to forget to pay the rent.
